Receptionist

Purpose of the role: to greet clients as they make contact with the bureau, to make clients feel welcome and to manage the waiting room.

Personal skills and qualities: have basic computing skills, to be friendly and approachable and to be able to work as part of a team.

Office Administrator

Purpose of the role: to help ensure the smooth  running and organisation of the bureau.

Personal skills and qualities: to be organised and systematic, excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing and to be able to work as part of a team.

Fundraisers

Purpose of the role: to assist the bureau in obtaining resources for the service. This could be; money, help in kind and equipment.

Personal skills and qualities: the ability to write clear reports, excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, the ability to analyse and evaluate information, to be approachable and friendly, initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.
